Brethren Village Retirement Community Part-time Personal Care RN Clinical Care Coordinator in Lititz, Pennsylvania

Brethren Village is seeking a caring and dependable full-time RN Clinical Coordinator for our Personal Care facility. Our RN's provide effective clinical care to older adult Residents to help them function at the highest possible level, while providing effective coaching, guidance, and support to LPN's and Personal Care Aides. Newly-hired RN's are eligible for an up to $3,000 bonus: $1,500 paid after successful completion of 6 months of employment as a full-time or part-time nurse, and $1,500 paid after successful completion of 1 year of employment as a full-time or part-time nurse. Primary Responsibilities Include: promoting positive and supportive relationships with Residents to enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being providing direct care to Residents, including Residents with dementia or memory loss keeping accurate charts and documentation fostering a person-centered and Resident-directed culture helping to ensure regulatory compliance with respect to nursing practices, including compliance with HIPAA regulations and Department of Human Services requirements providing effective training, coaching, guidance, support, and supervision to LPN's and Aides, to promote professional nursing practices, to foster quality clinical care, and to enhance our Team Members' professional development ensuring newly-hired LPN's and Aides receive proper orientation and training ensuring current LPN's and Aides receive applicable training and competency reviews on a regular basis proactively resolving Residents' and Team Members' issues and concerns completing special projects as assigned interacting in a professional manner with colleagues and management to support the needs of Residents, and to foster a respectful and productive work environment We encourage you to watch a short video about working at Brethren Village: Work Schedule: Part-time, day shift. Work hours and days will vary a bit. The RN Clinical Coordinator will work every other weekend and every other holiday.
