At Boston Scientific Neuromodulation, you ll have the opportunity to improve people s lives by driving tactical Marketing programs with key accounts and supporting a Sales region. Specifically, Field Marketing Specialists will educate, train, and support Regional Business Managers and Clinical Specialists on Marketing programs. Major focus of this work will be to interface with referral physicians, pain physicians, surgeons, the Sales team, and patients. Key Responsibilities * Drive Patient and Physician field marketing programs * Create a liaison role between Field Marketing Manager and Regional Sales teams * Ensure the region engages in the most up-to-date Neuromodulation products, tools, program delivery with physicians and patients * Obtain input and provide feedback to Marketing on requirements and improvement opportunities from external customers * Understand and share competitive intelligence with Marketing and Sales Management * Maintain up-to-date rep spreadsheets and other records as determined by Regional Business Manager (Sales Force Log report) * Prepare and submit call reports by deadline WAR (weekly activity report) as required * Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows Minimum Qualifications * 3 years experience in a medical-related industry in a product management, sales, or marketing position with product launch experience. * Associates Degree
