Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for an External Manufacturing Quality Lead which can be based in one of the following locations: Skillman, NJ (preferred); Fort Washington, PA; Lititz, PA or Lancaster, PA.

In this role, you will provide overall Quality Assurance leadership in the management of contract manufacturing sites engaged in the production of oral ingestible and topical OTC drugs, medical devices, combination products, nutritionals, NDA’s and/or cosmetic formulations for the J&J Consumer Sector.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support Contract Manufacturing sites, driving compliance & quality improvement initiatives
Lead resolution of process/product non-conformance events
Monitor/Report Contract Manufacturer performance metrics
Collaborate with J&J business partners and provide batch release when required
Represent QA on project and improvement teams by guiding/setting quality and compliance requirements
Develop and implement SOPs, Approve specifications
Perform review and approval of validation documents
Manage tracking and timely closure of Contract Manufacturer audit observations
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
Advanced degree or MBA is preferred
A minimum with 6 years of GMP experience is required
Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC Drug, Cosmetic, and/or Food & Dietary Supplements industry experience is required
Detailed working knowledge of cGMP requirements and current FDA enforcement issues is required
Experience working with external partners is preferred
Experience with CAPA and/or investigations is preferred
Experience in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point applications is required
ASQ certification is preferred
Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 3 days from the Skillman, NJ location
This position may include up to 10% domestic and international travel as business demands
